TRS demands steel plant in Telangana
TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao has written to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh seeking construction of a steel plant in Telangana region.
The demand was made in the wake of the Andhra Pradesh government recently allotting iron ore mines in Khammam and Warangal districts in Telangana region to Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL) enterprise Vizag Steel Plant.
