Cheating Case Filed Against Shinde and Chidambaram in AP Court



Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Congress General Secretary in-charge Ghulam Nabi Azad and union home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde announced in separate statements on 27th January, 2013 that more time is required to take a decision on Telangana issue.




Speaking to the journalists near his residence in New Delhi, Azad sought more time to resolve the Telangana issue. He said there is no deadline to take the decision. He also said that chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, PCC chief and the senior leaders of Andhra, Rayalaseema and Telangana will be called to Delhi for consultations soon.




Later, Shinde released an announcement stating that the decision on Telangana may get delayed as consultations are still going on and it may take some time to take the final decision. This has disappointed the Telangana leaders who were expecting a favourable decision from the centre.




For the first time Azad said that that leaders from three regions in Andhra Pradesh will be called for consultations. The arguments of Rayalaseema region will also be given importance, it is indicated. According to reliable sources, the announcements of both Azad and Shinde were made after Azad suggested to the Congress high command to take a decision after talking to Chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy, PCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana and the leaders of all the three regions. It is informed that Sonia is listening to all the discussions and is asking to suggest a way of solving the Telangana issue. A news agency posted the statement of Shinde in Twitter which was confirmed by the personal staff of home minister.




Meanwhile Telangana JAC protestors clashed with the police at Indira Park where ‘Samara Deeksha’ is being held today morning. JAC announced the future course of action to pressurise the government. The action plan to be followed is as follows:




Central and state ministers who are representing Telangana should resign to their posts.

Telangana congress leaders should resign to their party membership also

All the meetings of the Congress party should be banned

Congress leaders should not be invited to any meetings

Telangana congress leaders should be boycotted.

Finish off congress and achieve Telangana should be the slogan of JAC

Meanwhile a case was filed against Shinde and Chidambaram in Ranga Reddy district court. The case was filed stating that Shinde and Chidambaram cheated Telangana people. The case is filed by a lawyer. Court ordered LB Nagar police station to file a 420 case against Shinde and Chidambaram.
