Three Months Time Required for Studying Telangana Issue: Rahul Gandhi
             According to some information, Rahul Gandhi said that needs three months time to deeply study theand to come to a conclusion. Rahul met the PCC chiefs, CLP leaders on 16th February, 2013 where the issue of Telangana came for discussion. N Kiran Kumar Reddy and PCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana requested Rahul Gandhi to take a decision on Telangana issue soon.

Congress leaders of West Bengal, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh also spoke about Telangana issue. CM Kiran later informed to media reporters that Maharashtra chief minister and West Bengal PCC also spoke on the Telangana but their opinions cannot be informed to the media now. According to some highly placed sources in Congress, congress leaders of various states suggested Rahul to take a decision on Telangana by considering various factors. Any hasty decision on Telangana will lead to problems in their states.

Rahul Gandhi is busy preparing the Congress party for Lok Sabha elections and State assembly elections in some states. He has given strict orders to PCC chiefs of various states. Congress leaders from Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttaranchal, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal participated in the meeting.

Various party leaders requested Rahul Gandhi to give a clarity to state leaders on making alliance with regional parties in states. West Bengal PCC chief Pradeep Bhattacharya proposed that Congress party should contest in elections without making any alliance with Trinamool Congress of left parties.

Rahul Gandhi advised the party leaders to visit the districts at least for ten days in a moth. They should go and meet the party cadre and find out the problems of them. they should take care that the information of welfare programs that are taken up by the state and central government reach every person. He asked the leaders to set up block congress committees and district congress committees in the coming two months.

Rahul assured the congress leaders of all states that he will set up a specialcommunication system though which they can directly keep in touch with him. Through this communication system, they can inform the developments in their states to him. According to sources close to him, Rahul Gandhi is designing a special software which will be brought to implementation soon. The software will help to connect all state PCCs to connect with the office of Rahul Gandhi.
